Any communications by Run It Twice Racing (RITR) on this site is to get a feel of the public’s interest in racehorse ownership and is not a solicitation

for money or other considerations. No sale of a horse or portion of a horse or a commitment to purchase a horse or portion of one will be accepted until the potential horse owner has read and acknowleged that they understand the risks of owning part or all of a racehorse.

The risks involved in racehorse ownership are high. RITR makes forward looking statements on this site. They are in no way guarantees of how a particular horse is going to perform. A horse’s past performance is an indication, but no promise, of how a horse will respond going forward.

A horse’s pedigree matters and many purchases in the industry are made based on the potential the foal/yearling has. Pedigree however promises nothing for any one particular horse.  The risks include but are not limited to; being unable to sell your horse for months, maybe years and the buyer must acknowledge that losing the entire investment is possible and that in that case the investor will not be caused life changing harm.

RITR is not an adviser on racehorses, racehorse funding, or any activity that requires it to be registered as such. Any and all potential horse owners should do their own due diligence and make their own determination if racehorse ownership is a risk they are willing to accept, for a return that is impossible to guarantee.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Our Racehorse LLC DBA Run It Twice Racing and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
